Great service by Chris this past w/e. It took him over 3 hours to find the leakage that caused the system to lose all the refrigerant. I contacted Cool Seasons because I read their bad reviews. After I saw their responses, I knew they were the company I needed to help me figure out my problem. We have been dealing with a high electric bill since we moved in a few years ago. We installed solar panels, attic insulation, an attic fan, and new windows. We found out the heat was coming on with the air so our A/C tech disconnected the heat strips. We managed to get our bill under control for about 9 months, then after we replaced the A/C the problem came back. The solar panels made it better, but we still were still consuming too much energy. We had our A/C guy come back several times to check the installation. We hired an electrician to figure out what the draw was, he said it was the A/C but when A/C guy came back, he could not find anything wrong. I decided a 2nd opinion was in order. I knew I needed someone who would really want to do a good job and not just take my money. Based on the way Cool Seasons responded to their legitimate dissatisfied customers I called and asked them to come out. I was told I would be charged for a service call ($60). The technician Brett was on time and listened to my problems and went to work. HE CHECKED EVERTHING, my attic, my unit inside and outside, and my Thermostat. He found the problem was the wiring of my thermostat. Thinking back this was probably the root cause since the beginning. The thermostat was installed by our alarm company. Alarm installation techs are not A/C techs, we expect they know what they are doing, but I should have had my A/c guy check their work....VERY EXPENSIVE lesson learned. Brett not only found the root cause, but he also made some suggestions for improvement to make our system the most efficient it can be. He told us our A/C technician should do that for us, since he would have to charge us and it is something the other guy should make right. When I called our other A/C guy, he apologized that he didn't find the problem for us and said he thought about the thermostat, but didn't follow up on that and he should have. He said he would absolutely make all of the changes suggested by Brett. I know this is a long review, but I felt it necessary to paint the full picture of how great Cool Seasons A/C & Heating are. If you have a problem you need to call them. While I can't speak about their new installations, I am 100% confident that they would do a great job. Thank you Cool Seasons, Thank you Brett!

Florida summer with an 80 degree house. I called in, John answered the phone on the second ring, his tech Chris came out within 1 hour. Chris did what he does and knocked it out. After hours service seems to be no problem for this crew. House is back down to 70 degrees before the kids go to bed. Fast service, great work, happy customer, highly recommend!

The techs arrived when they were supposed to, did a thorough job investigating, quoted the repair job, and returned the next day to make the repair. AC is working great! Cool Seasons puts a full replacement system in for us this year. They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, even fun to work with! We have some rentals and use them exclusively, they're our A.C. staff so to speak. Totally trustworthy and responsive.

Totally professional and fair prices. John and his helper were on time, had all materials necessary to add an air duct to our Florida room, and were extremely careful with moving pictures and TV out of their way before starting the job. After they finished the job they rehung all pictures, moved TV back in place, swept floor, and touched up a small paint area in ceiling where vent hole had been cut out. As the temperature rose and we began to use our home AC to a much greater extent, the AC unit froze and the air slowed to a trickle! Our pups and cats were not happy!

I purchased a condo where Cool Seasons had replaced the outside unit in January of 2019. Before I closed there was an issue where the drain pan in the attic leaked and the old owners called them they came right out and took care of it. I in turn called them to be sure that there were no further issues before I closed on the unit. They assured me it was in great condition. A few days after I closed I called them because I thought it wasn't functioning right. They came out immediately and checked on it and assured me again that it was it running great. Every one I talk to on the phone and especially the technician John are so helpful and informative and sincerely care about your issues. I can't speak highly enough about this entire organization. From the ground/field crews to the ownership, it is all around superior service! The first time I had to call them it was over a weekend (may have even been a holiday) and the air had gone out. Would have been able to use fans however I am a small business and we have to maintain a certain temperature so that the servers don't overheat. My wife and I had a new system installed in our home several years ago by another company and have had problems with it almost from day one.we have had numerous a/c companies try to fix the problem, we were at the point of considering an entire new system as we assumed it was unfixable until we were told by a friend to try Cool Seasons, so with hesitation we called . Not only did John and his crew get right on it they found the problem that no other company for literally years could find.Now if that wasn't enough he actually got the manufacturer to warranty the part along with several other parts. All I can say is that if you are using another company you are missing out on what a real service provider like cool seasons has to offer .I will never even consider calling any other company to take care of the equipment on any of the four properties that we own .John you and your crew are the absolute best thank you so much again.

I called and got an estimate from three different air conditioning companies. I eventually choose Cool Seasons.. they fixed my air conditioner 3 months back. Its running stronger then ever as if I just got a whole new system installed. Cool seasons were honest and thorough with the work they had performed. We were impressed with Cool Seasons A/C & Heating from the start, the team was very profesional, showed up on time and they were the only company where the entire team is at the same level of expertise. Because, lets be honest, at the end of the day, the team is the one performing the work and not the experienced guy who answers the phone and sells you the service.
Needless to say, Cool Seasons not only fixed the issues but also identify the reasons why my AC system failed and applied corrective measures to avoid form reoccurring. The owner (John) is very honest, fair and personable.

I am alittle late on writing this review. I called up Cool Seasons on the 29th of April 2019. I had a new system in on the 30th of April. So professional and neat workers. Would highly recommend them for any A/C issues.
Update: April 12, 2020 Easter Sunday. Had a clogging issue. Texted Cool Seasons for help, to see if I could get a service call on Monday. He called me 4 minutes later and said someone would be here today, without any extra charge. If you want exceptional service work, this is the company to call!!!! If there were 10 stars they would have gotten that score!

I had six different estimates on replacing all of my duct work in the attic and they were by far the cheapest. by at least $1500.. Photographs were taken throughout the process and they would update me as the day progressed. I did crawl up there the next day and it may sound corny, but they did a great organized job. It looked so new up there. lol There were even other items left from the previous owner in the attic, mostly old ducts, cardboard boxes, and old insulation. They even removed and took all of that rubbish away for me. looks like a whole new attic. Very satisfied!!

I called cooling seasons on a Saturday night and decided to take advantage of the 24hr service. My A.C unit wasn't working and it was unbearably hot. What I liked most is how quickly they responded to my call and came out shortly after. John(the owner) was very professional and was able to figure out what was wrong with my A.C unit. He was pretty knowledgeable in his area of expertise and explained to me what my options were and how to maintain my A.C, including how to save on electric charges. My A.C was up and running in no time and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use cool seasons and heating, dependable service for my future needs and would highly recommend their services!!

John and Brett worked on our dryer unit and duct work today. They were exactly on time, as promised. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. They photographed all that needed repair, as well as the finished work. The charges were fair, and we will certainly call this fine company again, as the need arises.

Marcos came out on a Saturday morning to accommodate our work schedule.
He went through every component testing every part for proper function.
He then reviewed his findings with us and explained preventive maintenance measures.

Don't do this often so it speaks volumes of this company. I used Cool Seasons to diagnose my system about 2 nights ago when it was blazing hot and not optimal for our new born. John answered the phone and came in about an hour ran through the system and didn't even seemed bothered by the 1000 questions I had for him. A little while later he found a blown fuse which he replaced and got my system cranking. Obviously he recommended a couple of things to do but wasn't pushing it on me in an annoying way. Would highly recommend this company from the experience and honesty.
